Develop AI platform for interiors

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an AI platform for interiors with the following requirements:

I am willing to build an ai tool for clients who are willing to get interiors done for their home.
An ai interior design visualisation tool according to a theme , requirements, area, scale, colors , etc.
but there’s a catch , i want to train the model on mid journey or a similar visualisation platform , but also at the same time, i have predefined catlogs of various products like dining , sofa, curtains, wall finishes, paintings, storages, beds, etc., I want the ai tool to only use these catlogs while designing so that the client could directly buy these. How can this be done?

Data:
- we can collect and train on a lot of data but first need to understand can this be done

AI Complexity:
- Advanced AI level is required for the platform

Primary Function:
- The primary function of the AI platform is 3D visualization

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in AI and machine learning
- Experience in developing AI platforms for complex tasks
- Proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering techniques
