Customized training program and tutorial

I own an online home services app where we offer on demand cleaning service. I am looking for someone to help me create a training program for onboarding new cleaners. After the training program, there should be some sort of assessment. Also, need to include some of our policies, the do’s and dont do’s on the job.
In addition, I need to create a training program for the drivers, on how to greet customers, how to handle specific cases, how to use the app and how their actions on the app would reflect on the customers user experience.
