To set you up for success I will share recent photos, a brief skin history, and a list of everything I currently put on my face. From there, I’d like you to:

• Map out a multi-session protocol with clear pre- and post-treatment steps (including product picks I can buy retail)
• Flag any ingredients or habits that could sabotage results and suggest simple swaps
• Provide a maintenance roadmap so I can keep improvements going with minimal effort between appointments
