Community Integration Skills Curriculum Development

I need a comprehensive training curriculum designed to enhance community integration for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with their caregivers. I would like to apply for a contract with DHS to provide training to individualson the home and community based waiver. The curriculum should cover the following areas:

Social Interaction Training:

- Effective Communication: Skills to improve verbal and non-verbal communication.

Employment Skills Training:
- Workplace Etiquette: Understanding professional behavior and workplace norms.

Skill Building: This can include a variety of practical life skills that support independence and confidence in community settings.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in curriculum development, especially for adults with disabilities.
- Background in social skills training and employment readiness programs.
