Black Belt Certified Lean Six Sigma Mentor & Trainer - MUST HAVE BLACK BELT CERTIFICATION
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m preparing to launch an AI-supported Lean Six Sigma certification program and need an experienced Black Belt (or MBB) to supply the human expertise that technology can’t replace. Our curriculum already walks learners through DMAIC, Lean principles, and the statistical analysis tools they’ll use on their projects; what I’m looking for is someone who can translate that theory into practice, motivate learners, and validate real-world results.
Day-to-day you’ll jump into our learning portal for one-on-one chats, lead small-group discussions, and handle live Q&A during the monthly webinars you host (30–60 minutes each, topic and slide deck up to you as long as it aligns with Six Sigma best practice). You’ll also review every DMAIC project submission, score it against certification rubrics, and return actionable feedback that helps the student close gaps rather than just tally points. Clear documentation of coaching touch-points and progress is essential so the platform can feed your notes back into each learner’s adaptive plan.
Deliverables
• Timely feedback and grading for each project you are assigned
• At least one live webinar per month with recording and slides uploaded to the portal
• Concise coaching notes logged after every mentoring interaction (chat, call, or group session)
Success here will be measured by student project pass-rates, engagement in your sessions, and the completeness of your documentation. If you’ve guided candidates through certification before and enjoy blending data-driven rigor with approachable teaching, let’s talk.
