BFSI Trainer - Freelancer

Job Description
• Deliver end to end training for trainees on Rural Banking, NBFCs and Financial Inclusion Products
• Deliver employability skills, life skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and other livelihood related training that empowers youth to take up employment
• Apply experience and knowledge in conducting an effective training in the domain skills as well as soft skills
• Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and sports for development techniques and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training
• Maintain reports and run the content on internal systems
• Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
• Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level
• Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement
• Assisting students one to one in learning
• Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts
Prerequisites:
• Strong hold in BFSI specially in NBFC
• Excellent training delivery skills offline.
• Hands-on using or quick in learning internal tools/ systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
• Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
• Commitment and ownership
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training
• Proficient in MS Office
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Mentoring and Coaching skills
The primary mode of training delivery will be offline. The training program will last for 1-3 months. Success will be measured by the level of skill improvement observed in trainees.
