Android Trainer

TS Management Group is looking for a Trainer to join our EU Education team. The mission of the Education team is to provide foundational knowledge about products and services of our end-clients through instructor-led bootcamps, on-demand courses and virtual labs.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training
• Deliver instructor-led training to educate customers on our end-clients’ products and services internationally, both virtually and in-person
• Acquire product and field knowledge continually in order to facilitate best practices in all trainings
• Develop facilitation skills by enhancing your knowledge of products, materials, and programs
• Test new and updated ways to facilitate the delivery of your content to meet the needs of the learners
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other internal departments to ensure accurate, effective training content
• Keep appreciation of sales team training through monthly field travel and/or Zoom meetings
• Partner up with sales leadership, marketing and other internal collaborators to prioritize needs and decide on most efficient tools to improve sales team knowledge about the products;
• Ensure EU training materials are kept and delivered against EU standard and provide a positive learning experience
Requirements:
• have had experience delivering training to sales audience
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Knowledge of Android - be daily user
• Experience creating educational content for a commercial team or a similar audience (i.e. slide decks, teaching aids, handouts, etc…)
• You are available to travel 50%+ of the time;
• You are outstanding at creating and nurturing relationships with internal and external key collaborators.
