Actor QuickBooks Bookkeeping Training

I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can dedicate three consecutive days to coaching one of our lead actors in basic bookkeeping. The goal is for them to leave the sessions fully comfortable navigating QuickBooks, from opening a fresh company file through to issuing and getting paid on their first invoice.

We will meet over Zoom, and the emphasis should stay on setting up accounts and ledgers—the area they need most for their role in our upcoming film. Other fundamentals such as expense categorisation, invoice creation, and payment workflows are welcome, but the backbone of the course must be a clear, hands-on walk-through of chart-of-accounts structure and day-to-day ledger maintenance inside QuickBooks.

You will have three full days, and I have already earmarked the full fee of $4,800 per day (a total of $14,400) for payment in advance once the schedule is confirmed.

To make sure nothing is missed, I would like these concrete deliverables:

• A concise, screen-captured recording of each Zoom session (cloud link is fine).
• A short reference guide or checklist summarising the steps covered, tailored to the actor’s own QuickBooks setup.
• Confirmation that the actor has successfully created a sample company file, set up key accounts, issued at least one test invoice, and logged a test payment.
