Workplace Compliance Training Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced HR professional to assist me in reviewing and improving our HR compliance practices—particularly to coach and guide our restaurant manager in understanding and properly handling harassment, discrimination, and workplace conduct requirements under California law. This includes helping ensure that all incidents, problems, and misconducts are properly documented to protect employees, maintain order, and safeguard the company.

Additionally, I’m seeking support to create and roll out a focused employee-development program covering two key areas: Workplace safety regulations, Anti-discrimination and harassment policies

Here’s what I need from you:
Review our investigation report and any incident data we provide to identify learning objectives that will ensure the manager’s full compliance.
Develop short refresher materials (quick reference sheets) to reinforce key concepts after the main session.

This is a small project (approximately 2–5 hours total), including a one-hour coaching session with the manager.
