UK Risk-Based Audit Training Slides
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing a three-hour master-class for banking professionals on “Strengthening Risk-Based Audit and Risk Management: The British Experience” and I need a slide deck that feels more like an infographic than a textbook. Words should be kept to a minimum, with visuals, charts, flow diagrams and icons carrying most of the story.
The content flow I’ll speak to is already mapped:
• the theoretical foundations of risk-based audit
• how leading UK banks and FIs actually do it today
• proven methods for identifying and assessing risks
• modern monitoring, control and internal-audit approaches
• advanced tools and techniques in everyday use
• models that can realistically be transplanted to Uzbekistan
Case studies must centre on real-world risk-based audit practices in British banks. After each case I want delegates to step into a short role-playing scenario where their first task is to spot the emerging risks before moving on, so the activities have to be written with that “identifying risks” emphasis.
Deliverables
• PowerPoint (or Keynote) slide deck for a 3-hour session – 70 %+ visuals, max 35 slides
• Facilitator script with speaking notes, timing cues and instructions for each role-play
• Three concise case studies drawn from UK institutions, each followed by an “identify-the-risk” role-play brief and debrief guide
Acceptance criteria
• Every main component above appears at least once in the deck.
• No slide exceeds two sentences of text.
• Graphics are royalty-free and publication-ready.
• Script includes prompts for discussion questions and audience polling.
If you’ve built visually engaging, practice-oriented training for banking audiences and are comfortable weaving in UK risk-management references—Basel, PRA guidance, COSO ERM, etc.—let’s talk.
