POSH Training

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide basic POSH training to our employees OFF LINE At SITE AT Gurgaon Location
sessions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting interactive training programs and should be able to cater to the needs of the employees. The target audience for the training is employees, and the training should cover the basics of POSH and its importance. The freelancer should be able to provide a comprehensive training program that is engaging and informative. The training should cover the following topics:

- Introduction to POSH
- Types of Harassment
- Prevention and Redressal of Harassment
- Complaints and Grievance Redressal Mechanism

The freelancer should have experience in conducting similar training programs and should be able to provide references. The training should be conducted in live sessions, and the freelancer should be able to accommodate the schedule of the employees. The training should be interactive, and the employees should be able to ask questions and clarify their doubts.
Should be open for both online and offline sessions
