Operational Excellence Specialist for MOS Program

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to help build our Meridian Operational Systems (MOS) program. This is a project-based role for a skilled freelancer. We're looking for someone to help us develop and codify a practical, lean-based program for the mining industry.
The Project
You'll work with us to complete our core program content, including:
* Writing detailed training materials and workbooks.
* Creating proprietary tools and templates (e.g., maturity matrix, daily management forms).
* Developing real-world case studies tailored to mining operations.
Required Skills
* Lean Six Sigma: Must have a proven track record with a strong understanding of principles like Kaizen, value stream mapping, and the DMAIC methodology.
* Operational Experience: A background in a heavy industry environment (mining, manufacturing, or similar).
* Content Creation: Proven ability to create clear, professional, and practical training content.
We're looking for a freelancer who can take a concept and turn it into a high-quality, sellable product. Familiarity with specific mining systems is a bonus, but your expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence is what we need most.
