Onboarding System and Training Creation

We are a UK-based student recruitment agency hiring and managing a growing team of Student Advisors.

We are looking for an experienced professional to help us build a simple but effective training and onboarding system for new advisors.

The goal is to create a clear structure so new advisors understand exactly what to do and how to perform.

Scope of work:
- Create a structured onboarding process for new advisors
- Build a clear explanation of the Student Advisor role
- Develop simple guidelines on how to find and approach UK-based students
- Create posting guidelines (where and how to post effectively)
- Provide a basic communication framework for talking with students
- Explain the student application process step-by-step
- Include guidance on how advisors can support students with Student Finance England applications
- Optional: run 1–2 live training sessions with the team

Important:
We are NOT looking for overly complex corporate systems.
We need a practical, easy-to-follow structure that a growing team can use daily.

This is a part-time project (a few hours per week), with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Experience in sales, recruitment, or training teams is preferred.
