Interactive Hiring Interview Skills Workshop

I want a complete, ready-to-run, 3-to-4-hour interactive workshop that teaches our hiring managers how to run best-practice interviews. The format must be hands-on and discussion-driven rather than a passive slide show. By the end of the session, participants should be able to:
• Craft insightful, legally compliant interview questions
• Prepare thoroughly and structure the interview flow
• Read and evaluate responses objectively, documenting evidence against clear criteria
• Recognise and mitigate unconscious bias during every stage of candidate evaluation
I will need a facilitator guide with timed agenda, instructions for group activities and role-plays, a concise participant workbook, and any supporting slides or job aids you feel boost engagement. Please build in moments for peer feedback, individual reflection, and practical take-aways managers can apply immediately after the workshop.
