Senior Instructional Designer Needed – Develop GWO BTT Mechanical Technical Training Package
Project Overview
Deriva Energy is seeking an experienced instructional designer to develop a complete instructor-led training package for the Global Wind Organization (GWO) Basic Technical Training (BTT) Mechanical Module. (pages 29-73)
The successful contractor will transform an existing technical standard and source materials into a professional, learner-centered, instructor-led training program suitable for wind turbine technicians.
This project requires significantly more than presentation development. The contractor will be responsible for instructional analysis, curriculum architecture, learning activity design, facilitator guidance, learner materials, and assessment development.
The final product shall support both classroom instruction and hands-on practical exercises while aligning with adult learning principles and the performance expectations of GWO training.
The contractor should have experience developing technical training for industrial, manufacturing, utilities, energy, aviation, military, maintenance, engineering, or related environments.
