First time Manager Program

side from adapting to a new role with increased responsibilities, new managers must learn to be leaders and explore how to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The program would help first time people managers on how to lead a team effectively, coach with confidence and make better decisions apart from supporting team members at different touch points across employee life cycle and be able to engage and retain good talent.
As a manager be able to:
Lead by setting an example and become more confident and influential in the process.
Communicate effectively with their team members.
Be able to handhold team members and be effective at managing team
Be able to give effective feedback not limited to critical feedbacks
