Expo Power Technician Academy

Create the framework to take smart, mechanically inclined new hires and turn them into safe, effective and billable technicians in the power industry. Would also like another level of the academy to take strong technicians already here and give them the additional skills, knowledge and expertise to advance within their discipline or maybe cross train to learn another discipline. Then finally I would be interested in broader learning framework that would apply to the techs and the greater population to provide soft skills and other learning.

We have the subject matter experts to provide the necessary technical information. Also have sites that can be used as hands-on labs. Also would like to create mentors for the OJT (instead of just partnering them with someone and hoping that they learn)
