Employee Training Manager Required

The Employee Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s internal training programs and operational learning systems. This role will design structured frameworks that support employee onboarding, workforce training, and the standardization of internal processes across the organization.
The position focuses on creating clear training materials, documentation, and operational guidance that ensures employees and teams consistently follow established company procedures. The Employee Training Manager will work closely with leadership to build scalable training programs that support the growth of both the internal team and the company’s creator platform operations.
As part of the onboarding process, this role will also conduct a structured two-day training program for employees, ensuring all hires are properly educated on company procedures, operational workflows, and role expectations before beginning their work.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to translate operational workflows into structured training programs, and experience working in environments related to social media platforms, digital content, or streaming services.
