5-Day Leadership Communication Materials
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m designing a five-day programme for mid-level managers that weaves together verbal communication mastery, a healthy feedback culture, and effective delegation. What I need from you is a complete, ready-to-deliver training package that lets me walk into the room confident everything is polished, evidence-based, and engaging.
The core of the course is verbal communication, so each day should feature activities that sharpen clarity, tone, questioning techniques, storytelling, and persuasive dialogue. Icebreakers and energisers must zero in on active listening to set the right mindset before we dive deeper. Throughout the week we will reinforce the material with current research and memorable case studies drawn from reputable sources—think Harvard Business Review, Gallup reports, Google’s Project Aristotle or similarly authoritative studies published within the last five years.
I need:
• Five visually consistent, well-designed PPTX decks (one per day) with speaker notes
• At least two interactive icebreakers per day focused on active listening, including clear instructions and timing cues
• Real-world case studies for feedback culture and delegation—each with summary, discussion prompts, and links to supporting videos or articles
• A concise facilitator guide outlining objectives, required materials, timing, and debrief questions
• A participant workbook or handouts that mirror the slides and leave space for reflection
• A reference list in APA or Harvard format so sourcing is crystal-clear
Acceptance criteria
1. Slide decks are fully editable in Microsoft PowerPoint, use a cohesive template, and embed multimedia links that play without extra setup.
2. All activities are tested for 20–25 person groups and note any required props.
3. Every statistic or model is backed by a citation, with the reference list delivered as a separate DOCX or included as appendix slides.
4. Case studies span diverse industries to keep the discussion fresh and relatable.
5. Deliverables pass a quick plagiarism check and rely on copyright-friendly media.
Once we agree on the outline, I’d like the first day’s materials within three business days so I can review the flow, with the remaining days packaged shortly after. If you’ve built similar leadership workshops before and have a knack for blending solid research with interactive design, I’m eager to collaborate and bring this training to life.
