Job Overview:
The Lead Trainer will be responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of training
content, ensuring high-quality, impactful learning experiences. This role involves
delivering training sessions, collaborating with other trainers to enhance effectiveness,
and offering domain-specific insights to ensure the project training objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
 Training Content & Delivery Oversight: Oversee the design and development
of training content to ensure it aligns with curriculum objectives. Ensure
consistency and high standards of content delivery.
 Training Session Delivery: Lead and deliver engaging training sessions in line
with the established curriculum and training objectives. Adapt the delivery to suit
diverse participant needs.
 Collaboration with Trainers: Collaborate with other trainers to share best
practices, gather feedback, and ensure cohesive and effective training delivery
across all sessions.
 Domain-Specific Insights: Provide expert-level domain-specific insights and
context to training content, ensuring it is both relevant and applicable to
participants' roles and projects.
 Interactive Teaching Methods: Engage participants through dynamic,
interactive teaching methods, ensuring an immersive and impactful learning
experience that promotes retention and application of knowledge.
 Training Quality & Objectives: Ensure the successful delivery of project training
objectives while maintaining the highest quality standards for training content and
execution.
 Participant Support & Feedback: Offer support to participants throughout the
training process, addressing questions and providing additional guidance as
needed. Gather and analyze participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a leadership or senior
trainer role.
 Expertise in the relevant domain (e.g., IT, business, healthcare, etc.) and the
ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences.

 Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
 Ability to design and deliver structured, engaging training programs.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and
inspiring learners.
 Experience with adult learning methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Relevant certifications in training
 Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools.
 Prior experience managing or mentoring other trainers.
 Familiarity with performance management and learning assessment strategies.
