The audience will have little to no prior experience, so every concept—from basic terminology to practical demonstrations—needs to be explained in plain language before progressing to hands-on work.
Core content
• A clear overview of today’s most common identity-related threats and how they materialise inside small-to-mid-size organisations.
• Step-by-step incident response techniques: detecting a breach, containing it, eradicating the root cause, and documenting lessons learned.
• Foundational ethical-hacking skills (scanning, simple exploits, log analysis) taught only insofar as they help students understand and practise identity protection.

2. Slide deck and speaker notes for each module.
3. Lab guides with repeatable exercises students can run on a safe virtual environment.
4. A concise incident-response playbook template tailored for beginners.
5. Short quizzes or knowledge checks to reinforce learning at the end of each section.
Acceptance criteria
• All material must be self-contained, written in clear English, and runnable on widely available open-source tools.
• Labs tested on at least one free hypervisor (VirtualBox or similar) with step-by-step setup instructions.
• Delivery in editable formats (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote, Word/Google Docs) so I can brand and localise later.
