Tradingview Script for Signal Derivation

I'm currently seeking a technical expert with proficiency in Pinescript, who can develop a Tradingview script for me. The primary role of this script will be to extract trading signals from previously defined scripts running on a different ticker/currency. I don’t require integration of these signals with any other platform or application. The following list defines the project's scope in more detail:
- Extract trading signals from existing earlier coded scripts
- Extract those signals on another ticker (same timeframe)
- No need for signal integration with other platforms or applications
- Proficiency in Pinescript is a compulsory skill
