Trading: Sideways Move Detection with email Alert - Trading Script to send out alert

i am developing in angular and react and vue many web applications

but

for this mathematical stuff and algorithms I need you maybe 

i have this API here

which gives me the last 100 candles for a specific symbol

1) I need a small script, which detects a trend (up or down) and
2) which detects after the trend a sideways move

after the sideways move I need an alert via email

the sideways move needs at least 6 candles and should has a maximum 1/4 of the trend move size
