Trademanager for Interactive Brokers (Server-Client Based)

I am seeking for a programmer that is experienced with TWS and especially the TWS Api. Furthermore experience with .net core and ag-grid is required. I plan to run a 24/7 server to help me giving my trades into the market and to automatically guard them. I don’t do Algo trading. The Trademanager calculates risk, tp, and lot size on the basis of average true range and my account size. Furthermore the take profits are to be automatically adjusted, when certain levels have been reached. The backend should be written in .net core. The front end using ag-grid. The front end will most likely look like an excel sheet. Since prices of a few shares should be updated in real time, also experience in real time pushing is required.
