I need a programmer with experience in setting up alerts on Deriv.com. The alert system should be based on the movement of Synthetic Indices, triggered by a pre-defined number movement in price, within a specified time frame.
The requirements are as follows:
- Deliver alerts via Telegram. This includes both general Telegram notifications and specific Telegram alerts.
- Set the alert system to trigger based on pre-defined number movement in price.
Skills and experience required:
