Simple NY Session Strategy
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I trade XAUUSD and the majors in crypto almost exclusively during the New York session and I’m ready to formalise a concise, repeatable plan. I want a rules-based strategy that leans either on ICT methodology or on pure, naked price-action—whichever you feel produces the cleaner edge—but not a bulky hybrid stuffed with indicators.
What I need from you
• A crystal-clear, step-by-step playbook covering:
– exact session timing you monitor,
– the specific market structure or liquidity cues that trigger a trade,
– precise entry and exit criteria,
– position sizing and stop placement logic so risk never surprises me.
• A brief PDF or slide deck summarising those rules that I can keep open while trading.
• A documented back-test (manual or software-assisted) showing at least the last six months of NY session data, so I can see win-rate, average R-multiple, and maximum drawdown. A simple spreadsheet with screenshots is enough as long as it’s transparent.
How to stand out
Tell me what similar frameworks you have built before, show a snippet of a back-test or tracking sheet you created, and describe the results traders achieved with it. A short outline of how you plan to tackle this project is all I need at the proposal stage; no need for a novel. Experience with TradingView or Forex Tester is a plus but not mandatory.
I value clarity over complexity: if I can’t explain the setup to myself in under a minute, it needs trimming. If this resonates with you, let’s get to work and capture those NY moves together.
