Indicator 1. Draw vertical time lines on chart spaced at 15 minutes apart. On one minute chart lines will be at say 00:14, 00:29, 00:44, 00:59 01:14, 01:29 etc. The last vertical line should be about 15 minutes ahead of the current price.
Indicator 2. I want to be able to select a timeframe and the high and low horizontal lines from that time frame should be carried forward onto a smaller time frame.
