Intraday scanner, on chartink

I am in need of a skilled developer who can create an intraday scanner for stock market trading (buy and sell both). The scanner should be based on price action and focus solely on the stock market. I am looking for a preferred time frame of 15-minutes for scanning. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing intraday scanners and have a strong understanding of price action. Technical knowledge of stock market investments is essential.

You need to show me backtest data first, backtest data should be recorded by website on real time or real time alert. I will see data for 1week. I prefer to have scanner on chartink.com or any prominent website.
