Install me Hedge Ninja (trading app) to my (PC) Laptop

I bought user rights to the trading application Hedge Ninja, but cannot get it installed and don't know either how to use it :( I need you to contact my laptop via ANYDESK app, and help installing this application and advice how to use it ie. how to get bots trading there automatically. This service provider don't reply to my inquiry and there isn't easy instructions available....
