Fix Trader Logic Errors

I need a skilled Python developer to fix logic errors in my zero-downtime, 1-minute scalping autonomous trader. The system feeds live PNG charts, NAV, VAR, Reg-T, and LOB data to a powerful LLM, which outputs exact shares, TP, and SL every tick.
Key Requirements:
- Fix logic errors, particularly with logging to IBKR during startup/initialization.
- Ensure the system auto-calculates position size from risk budget, uses Fibonacci/ATR for TP/SL, and enforces 1.5% NAV risk.
- Maintain existing features like retrying on 429 errors and running the command python -m src.main --paper for live ticks.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Python, especially in trading systems.
- Experience with IBKR and handling trading APIs.
- Strong understanding of risk management and trading logic.
- Ability to debug and resolve logic errors efficiently.
