Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled Prop Firm Trader to manage and scale accounts within FTMO or similar prop firm structures. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong risk management discipline, consistency, and a proven track record of successfully passing prop firm challenges.

Scope of Work
The engagement will follow a three-step process:
Trial Account Phase
Start with a small account to evaluate real-time performance, discipline, and risk control.
Monitor trading consistency over at least Profit target for the test.
Verification Phase
Successfully pass the prop firm evaluation/verification (two steps).
Deliver the required 15% profit target within prop firm rules.
Compensation: 0.5% of account size, payable only after completing the full 2-step verification. In case of failure, no payment will be made.
Live Funded Account Management
Manage funded accounts responsibly with a profit-sharing model.
Standard split: 30% profit share for the trader.
Focus on long-term growth, risk control, and sustainability.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience trading with prop firms.
Proven track record (please provide links, metrics, or account proofs).
Strong knowledge of risk management and ability to adhere to prop firm rules (max drawdown, daily limits, etc.).
Experience with major forex pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, XAUUSD preferred).
Trading style: conservative, consistent, no martingale, no grid, no over-leverage.
Comfortable working with trial → verification → live funded progression model.
