Executive trades on my behalf - stock investing (previous experience MUST)

Executive Stock Trader with Previous Experience Needed:
- We will do our own analysis and write out the orders, then send them to the “trade executor” who’d enter the trades on our behalf with the broker and manage the open positions by following the written-out instructions.
-“executor” gets paid based on whether they have executed the trades correctly, regardless of whether the trade makes a profit or loss.
- I am looking for an experienced executive stock trader to handle my stock investments on my behalf
- Ideal candidate should have previous experience in trading Blue Chip Stocks
- The trader should be able to trade on both domestic and foreign exchanges
- I would like the trader to review my portfolio on a monthly basis
- The trader should have a deep understanding of the stock market and be able to make informed investment decisions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify profitable investment opportunities are a must
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage risks effectively are also important
- The trader should have a proven track record of successful stock trading
- Excellent communication skills are required to keep me updated on the progress of my portfolio
- This is a long-term project with the potential for ongoing work
