Custom DOM Ladder Tool for NSE Nifty

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a custom Depth of Market (DOM) tool for NSE Nifty. This software should display live Level 2 market data, including bid/ask prices and quantities.

Essential Features:
- Live DOM ladder showcasing top 10 bid and ask levels
- Real-time bid/ask quantities (both pending and filled)
- Highlighting high volume price zones
- Calculating and displaying buyer vs seller pressure
- Smooth, lag-free refresh (tick-by-tick data)
- Simple desktop GUI (preferably in Python)

Data Source Integration (support at least one):
- TrueData
- GlobalDataFeeds
- NSE WebSocket

Data Export Format:
- .csv and .json

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with trading data visualization
- Familiarity with financial market APIs and WebSockets
- Strong GUI development skills
