Crypto trading / Marketmaking bot DEX + CEX

Dear Freelancers!
We are looking for a bot to support the following cases
1) Filled order book and candles (Volume)
Fill the order book with buy and sell orders to match the desired volume (ex: $100k volume in 24 hours)
2)CEX matches DEX and vice versa
Another functionality that we like to have is a sync between (multiple)dex's and cex's the bot should be able to eliminate arbitrage trading between different cex and dexes
Both functionalities should be standalone or can be combined to run 24/7.
Desired output is a CSV log with all trades and according CEX and DEX.
For initial testing, we want to start with 1 dex (Pancakeswap) and 1 CEX (Will be specified in chat)

-Able to run continuously
-Multi tokens or currencies at once
