Crypto Quantitative Trading Strategy

Hello. I’m looking for bids to work with someone who has experience in quantitative trading and building trading strategies. I’m looking to build a rule-based trading algorithm that trades cryptocurrency and has a 1:10 risk to reward ratio and wins at least 33% trades.
