Create a tradingview strategy

Hello,

I currently have a script that already generates a buy and sell signal, but it needs to be filtered by a second indicator that confirms the signal. I would like to combine these 2 different TradingView indicators into one unified pine script.

I have the source code of the 2 indicators which at this point must only be merged.

The union of the two scripts must generate a buy signal to be seen on the chart with a BUY arrow and obviously when a sell signal is generated, an arrow with a SELL signal will be needed.

The new indicator will have to generate signals of intersection between the 2 source indicators to which we need to combine a strategy and a backtest.

The trading strategy must include an automatic buy on the signal of the BUY arrow and an automatic sale on the signal with the SELL arrow and must work in all the available time frames.

This is one of the first indicators I plan to do and others more or less complex will follow.

In summary:

1 - merge 2 indicators into one indicator
2 - create signal of intersection of the 2 indicators with BUY and SELL arrows
3- Create an operation backtest
4- create an automatic buy and sell strategy on the newly created BUY and SELL arrow signals
5 - Create alerts

I need to work with programmers who have worked specifically with pine Script and with Python previously. Trading experience is not required.
