Two focused deliverables will finalize the TQR v1 solution detailed in our OUD. Everything will be coded, tested and handed off inside the TradeStation.com environment.

Deliverable 1 – Tier/Row Restructure
• Resolve every discrepancy in current Msit outputs.
• Re-organize MStrat binary data so tiers, rows and sequencing map cleanly into entry / exit conditions and events.
• Acceptance: a side-by-side comparison showing zero variance between Msit and restructured datasets, plus a working feed that the downstream logic can consume without manual adjustment.

Deliverable 2 – OEX Entry/Exit Signal Engine
• Apply the full truth-table rule set, the governing finite-state-machine (FSM) logic and the three-state model (consolidation, retracement, reversal) simultaneously.
• Generate TQR-compliant entry and exit orders that transmit to TradeStation servers and demonstrate an efficiency / profit ratio improvement over the existing script.
• Acceptance: live-market replay (or walk-forward) showing correct state changes and order placement for at least 200 consecutive bars.

Code must be modular, fully commented and ready for TradeStation upload, with a brief README outlining installation and parameter tuning. I will provide the current EasyLanguage scripts, truth tables and FSM diagrams at project start, along with benchmark metrics against which the new build will be measured.
