Convert a NinjaTrader Strategy to TradeStation

Looking for a developer who has had success in converting an existing NinjaTrader 8 strategy to the TradeStation platform. My project has exactly the same objective. I need a fixed price quote, plus an estimate of best case & worst case for the elapsed time required for delivering the initial working code. If you have proven experience with such a conversion, I can send you the specifications and possibly the NinjaTrader robot as well.
