USPTO Trademark Attorney Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m ready to secure federal protection for a new line of pet-grooming products and need a U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to steer the entire USPTO process. The mark will be filed in Class 021 on an intent-to-use basis.
Here’s where things stand:
• I already have the brand name, logo, and a detailed product description.
• I ran an initial knockout search, yet I’d like a full professional clearance search before we file to be absolutely certain of registrability.
Scope of work I need from you:
1. Conduct (or confirm) the comprehensive trademark search and advise on risk.
2. Prepare and file the USPTO application, including the intent-to-use statement.
3. Handle any office actions until we at least reach publication.
