US Trademark Filing Attorney Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a completed word mark and have already run my own clearance search. What I now require is the professional involvement of a U.S.–licensed trademark attorney who can take the mark through an official USPTO filing on my behalf, as I am not a U.S. resident and must file through counsel.
Your role will cover the preparation and submission of the application (TEAS Plus or Standard, as you deem most strategic), listing the correct goods/services, managing all USPTO correspondence, and advising me on any minor Office Actions that might arise until the mark is published.
