Trademark Expert Needed for Amazon Brand
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for a professional to assist me with trademark registration for my business name, which I intend to use for branding on Amazon CA and potentially Amazon US in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting a comprehensive trademark search to ensure the uniqueness of my brand.
- Filing the trademark application accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with responding to any office actions that may arise during the registration process.
I currently only have a business name, so a part of this project may include brainstorming potential logos for trademarking in the future.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in trademark registration, particularly for Amazon .
- Strong understanding of trademark search processes and office action responses.
- Graphic design skills for logo creation would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the trademark classes, particularly for goods (Mobile accessories) as I plan to sell products on Amazon.
