Trademark Attorney 50/50 Partnership

My practice attracts a steady flow of entrepreneurs and small-to-mid-sized businesses that need everything from preliminary searches and clearance opinions to filing, monitoring, enforcement, and, when necessary, TTAB actions.
Here’s what I bring: the marketing engine, the client pipeline, and day-to-day client management. What I need is a licensed colleague who can take the legal lead across the full trademark lifecycle—handling USPTO filings, drafting office-action responses, policing infringements, and coordinating cease-and-desist or settlement efforts when required.
All trademark-related work would be split evenly, including fees and recognition on engagements. We’ll set transparent workflows, shared document repositories, and clear communication protocols so each matter moves smoothly and every billable hour is tracked.
