US Trademark & Amazon Brand Registry

I’m launching a home-and-kitchen brand on Amazon and need an experienced professional to guide me from zero to a registered U.S. trademark and an approved Amazon Brand Registry account. I have not begun the USPTO process, so I’ll rely on you for everything—proper classification, comprehensive clearance search, filing, monitoring, and responding to any USPTO office actions.

Once the mark is accepted, I’ll also need your help submitting the registration to Amazon, navigating their verification steps, and making sure the brand appears as “Brand Registered” inside Seller Central.

Deliverables
• Completed USPTO trademark application, filed in the correct class
• Timely handling of any correspondence until the mark is approved
• Final registration certificate (digital copy)
• Successful enrollment in Amazon Brand Registry with my seller account showing the brand as active
