TTAB Opposition Filing Assistance
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have prepared the substance of a Response to Opposer in an active TTAB opposition proceeding, but USPTO rules require the actual filing to be handled by a U.S.–licensed attorney. What I need is fairly narrow:
• Review my draft response for any procedural red flags or obvious substantive gaps.
• File the finalized response through ESTTA on my behalf before the deadline.
This matter is strictly an Opposition proceeding before the TTAB; no patent or copyright questions are involved. I will supply the pleadings, citation list, exhibits, and my draft in Word format.
