Russian Trademark Filing Partner

I represent a long-established Chinese IP firm and I’m looking for a licensed Russian trademark attorney or patent agent who can act as our local filing partner before Rospatent. All application materials—powers of attorney, specifications, priority documents, translations—are prepared on our side. Your role is limited to verifying that the paperwork meets Russian formalities, submitting it through the Rospatent system, and sending us the official filing receipt.

We usually handle 文字/图形商标 (word and figurative marks) and expect a steady flow of about 8–10 new applications every month. At this stage we do not need trademark search, opposition filing, or renewal services; only prompt, accurate submission to Rospatent.

For each trademark you will:
• review the dossier for compliance (minor tweaks if required)
• file it electronically or over the counter
• forward the application number and stamped filing confirmation the same day

Payment is arranged per application immediately upon receipt of the Rospatent filing confirmation.
