In order to ensure more efficient handling of trademarks, we are now seeking experienced U.S. attorneys to establish a long-term and stable partnership, while aiming to reach a competitive price agreement.
We have extensive experience in trademark applications and can provide all necessary information, conducting comprehensive reviews of all documents, including trademark name searches and information checks. All you would need to do is submit the trademark application. Each submission typically takes around 10 minutes, and if you have a legal assistant, the submission time could be even shorter, possibly 2-3 minutes.
The price we currently pay to other attorneys for each trademark application is $30, with the official filing fees covered by us. We hope to reach a similar pricing arrangement with you. We understand that this rate may seem relatively low in the U.S. market, but many U.S. attorneys work with us and other Chinese agencies because we provide fixed orders, eliminating the need for attorneys to invest time and effort in business development. This is the standard pricing model here, and the market is very competitive. You would only need to dedicate a small portion of your time and could earn a significant additional income.
