File US Technology Trademark
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a trademark professional who can take my technology-focused word mark from concept to a formally filed application with the USPTO. The mark is brand-new, so this is an initial filing rather than a response to an Office Action or a renewal.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Run a knockout and basic clearance search to flag any obvious conflicts before we invest the filing fee.
• Recommend the correct Nice Class or classes for a software-centric business and craft precise goods/services language that will satisfy TEAS Plus requirements.
• Prepare all TEAS Plus (or TEAS Standard if truly necessary) forms and submit the application in my name, using my USPTO.gov account if preferred.
• Send me the USPTO filing receipt and a PDF of the complete submission immediately after payment is processed.
I’ll provide the mark wording, owner details, and any supporting descriptions you need. In return, I’m counting on your experience with U.S. trademark law, familiarity with USPTO’s online system, and an eye for avoiding common pitfalls that trigger Office Actions.
The engagement is complete when I receive confirmation that the application is accepted for examination without deficiencies. If something minor comes back from the USPTO within the first 90 days, I’d appreciate brief guidance on how to address it.
If you’ve successfully filed tech-sector word marks before and can move quickly, let’s get started.
