Partnership GST & Trademark Filing

Job ID: 39939958

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

Setting up a new partnership firm for a range of cleaning products means three compliance steps must happen back-to-back: formal registration of the partnership, GST enrolment, and trademark protection in Class 3.

The firm is not yet registered, so the process starts with preparing/finalising the deed and securing the certificate from the Registrar of Firms. As soon as the partnership number and PAN are allotted, GST registration should follow so invoicing can begin within the next few weeks. Finally, the brand name has to be locked in through a Class 3 trademark application—complete with search, TM-A preparation, e-filing, and acknowledgement.

Deliverables
• Partnership deed (final) and registration certificate in PDF
• GSTIN, login credentials, and approval letter
• Trademark filing receipt, application number, and stamped TM-A copy

Include in your proposal a clear timeline, any document checklist you will need from me, and confirmation that you can manage DSC or e-signing if required. Remote execution is preferred; on-site visits should be limited to steps that absolutely mandate physical presence. Work starts as soon as details are agreed.
