File My Indian Word Mark

I need a qualified practitioner to prepare and submit an Indian trademark application for a word mark that is already in commercial use. The mark is registered abroad, so the filing must reference my existing foreign registration and preserve priority where possible.

You will:
• Review my current overseas certificate and specimens of use in India.
• Advise on the correct class-es, draft the TM-A form, and handle any necessary Power of Attorney formalities.
• File electronically through the IP India portal and share the acknowledgement receipt.
• Monitor for examination reports and draft a clear, timely response should objections arise (quoted separately if extensive argument is required).

Completion is confirmed once I receive the official filing number and a copy of the application exactly as lodged.
