File Canadian Word-Mark Trademark

I’m ready to move from clearance to registration for my Canadian word mark and need an experienced practitioner to prepare and file the application with CIPO. I have already run a preliminary search and nothing conflicting turned up, so at this stage I’m looking for help translating that groundwork into a complete, properly drafted filing.

The mark is already in limited use and I also plan to expand it to additional goods and services, so the application will need both “use” and “proposed use” bases where appropriate. I can supply specimens, dates of first use, and a draft list of goods/services; your role is to refine that wording, assign the correct Nice classes, and handle the electronic submission.
